Do you live or work with people who are culturally different from you? Do you ever find yourself getting stuck or frustrated by the differences? Do you want to get better at bridging those cultural gaps? If so, intercultural coaching is for you!

Jigsaw is proud to be an official partner of KnowledgeWorkx, a consultancy based in Dubai, one of the most culturally diverse cities in the world. We use their cultural assessments and Intercultural Intelligence (ICI) framework as a basis for coaching and training leaders toward intercultural agility.

We offer a 3-6 month container of support, starting with the three cultural assessments below, and meeting twice a month. To learn more, sign up below for a free discovery call today.

This helps you gain self-awareness about whether you see the world through the lens of Guilt/Innocence, Honor/Shame, or Power/Fear, and trains you to work with people of a different worldview.

Intercultural Agility Cohorts

We offer learning journeys for teams or groups who want to grow in intercultural agility, using the KnowledgeWorkx Intercultural Intelligence (ICI) framework as a basis.

This learning journey is developed in partnership with you to ensure that it is tailored to your organization's mission and vision. We combine online interactive cohort learning sessions with individual or small group coaching to allow participants to apply what they are learning to their own context.

The topics for these cohort sessions typically include:

- Introduction to Culture and Intercultural Agility
- Perception Management
- Movement from Cultural Critic to Cultural Learner
- Three Colors of Worldview
- Intercultural Communication
- Culture Shock & Change Management
- Twelve Dimensions of Culture
- Polarity Management
