Co-Founder and Coach Christina Burrows

Christina loves to work with leaders in diverse cultural contexts, empowering them to work more effectively and harmoniously with those who are different from them. Christina approaches coaching with warmth, empathy, and a desire to see every person thrive.

Christina has Korean and British heritage and was raised in the South of England. She has also lived in Germany, Canada, France, and the USA. She has been a French and German teacher, Pastor, Spiritual Director, Adjunct Seminary Faculty, and Training Director for a global non-profit with over 60 teams in 5 continents.

Christina is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, a Certified Practitioner of Intercultural Agility with Knowledgeworkx, a certified Coaching Mastery coach, and an ICF Associate Certified Coach. She lives with her husband, two teen girls, and their labrador retriever Friar Tuck, in Sacramento, CA.

Co-Founder and Coach Ted Burrows

Ted was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and has lived up and down the coast and central valley of California. After graduating with a degree in International Business Management, Ted then spent almost ten years studying and working in places like Denmark, Italy, Morocco, China, Canada, England, and France. Ted now lives in Sacramento, CA, where he is a pastor and professional coach.

Ted is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Ted cares about people and loves to help them grow and thrive.
